Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

321clean is an online platform that connects customers looking for a cleaner with independent cleaners. 321clean is a brand of Aanbod op Maat, Willem Vliegenstraat 30A, Maastricht · KvK 99488299 · btw NL005391627B68.

2. Book

A booking is created as soon as you place it via the website. You will receive a confirmation with a personal link. We do our best to match you with a cleaner; if we cannot, we will let you know as soon as possible and you won’t be charged.

3. Prices and payment

The price is the hourly rate shown when you book, multiplied by the number of booked hours. You pay after the cleaning via a payment request.

4. Cancel

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the agreed start time. If you cancel later or if the cleaner cannot arrive, the booked hours may be charged.

5. Cleaning supplies and access

The client provides cleaning supplies and materials and ensures access to the property or premises at the agreed time.

6. Damage and complaints

Did something go wrong? Report it within 48 hours via the contact form. We’ll work together to find a solution.

7. Cleaners

Cleaners work as freelancers. They decide which jobs they take on and are responsible for their own administration.
