For a booking we ask for your name, email address, telephone number and address. Cleaners also provide their place of residence, work area and availability.

For what

We only use your data to organise the cleaning: matching a cleaner, keeping you informed and handling payments. The cleaner only sees your address and telephone number after they have accepted the job.

How long

We retain booking data for as long as needed for the service and for the legal retention requirement for administration.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share it with the cleaner who carries out your job.
