Office cleaning: costs, frequency and what to look out for

A clean office makes working more pleasant, and it’s the first thing customers and visitors see. But what does it cost and how often should it be cleaned?

What does the price depend on?

  • Surface area and layout: an open-plan office space goes faster than many separate rooms.
  • Sanitary facilities and pantry: toilets and kitchens take the most time.
  • Frequency: daily, a few times a week or weekly.
  • Timing: before or after opening hours, or at the weekend.
  • Special requirements: practice rooms with hygiene protocols, delicate floors, glassware.
